2月6日，穗港商协会协作交流活动在南沙成功举办。省工商联党组成员、秘书长关向明，市委统战部副部长、市工商联党组书记魏国华，市工商联党组成员、专职副主席余剑春，南沙区政协主席翁殊武，副区长刘小潼、琳琳出席活动，区委常委、统战部部长阮晓红主持活动，穗港两地商协会负责人和代表共120多人参加活动。我会于婷代秘书长应邀出席。

On February 6th, the cooperation and exchange activities of Guangzhou-Hong Kong Business Association were successfully held in Nansha. Guan Xiangming, party member and secretary generalof GUANGDONG FEDERATION OF INDUSTRY &COMMERCE, Wei Guohua, deputy director of the United Front Work Department of the CPC Guangzhou Committee and party secretary of Guangzhou Federation of Industry and Commerce,Yu Jianchun, Party member and full-time vice chairman of Guangzhou Federation of Industry and Commerce,Weng Shuwu, chairman of CPPCC Guangzhou Municipal committee of Nansha District; Liu Xiaotong and linlin, deputy heads of Nansha district, attended the event. And Ruan Xiaohong, member of the CPC Standing Committee of the Nansha District and director of the United Front Work Department of Nansha Party Committee, presided over the event. Leaders and representatives of business associations from Guangzhou and Hong Kong, with more than 120 people, attended the event.Yu Ting, acting Secretary General of our chamber of commerce, was invited to attend it.

省工商联党组成员、秘书长关向明在致辞中强调，《南沙方案》中建设中国企业“走出去”综合服务基地，鼓励引导港澳商协会在南沙设立代表处，构筑对接“一带一路”建设国际经济合作新平台等目标，为深化粤港澳合作和区域经济高质量发展创造了机遇。粤港澳三地商协会是对接、整合和配置大湾区产业资源的枢纽。要聚焦发挥三地优势，聚焦建立交流联系机制，聚焦产业合作对接，聚焦凝聚工商合力，缔结粤港澳大湾区商协会发展共同体，共同打造区域发展新优势。

Guan Xiangming, party member and secretary general of GUANGDONG FEDERATION OF INDUSTRY & COMMERCE, Emphasized in his speech, those objectives in the Nansha Plan has created opportunities for deepening cooperation among Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao and high-quality development of regional economy, they are building a comprehensive service base for "going out" of Chinese enterprises, encouraging and guiding Hong Kong and Macao business associations to set up representative offices in Nansha, and constructing a new platform for international economic cooperation by docking "the belt and road initiative" , and others objectives. The business associations of Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao are the hubs for docking, integrating and allocating industrial resources in Greater Bay Area. It is necessary to focus on giving full play to the advantages of the three places, on establishing a communication and contact mechanism, on industrial cooperation and docking, and on cohesive efforts of industry and commerce, in order to conclude a development community of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macau Greater Bay Area Business Association, and to jointly creating new advantages in regional development.

广州市委统战部副部长、市工商联党组书记魏国华在小结中指出，《南沙方案》41处提到“合作”，6处谈到“对接”，3处提及“商会”，商协会主动参与其中、发挥好作用责无旁贷。要充分发挥桥梁纽带作用，立足建设服务型工商联，大力促进港澳工商界和广州民企扩大交流合作。立足增进认识了解，促进读懂政策，促进对接合作，促进协同创新，扩大对接协作，共做大湾区百年巨变的见证者、参与者和助力者。

Wei Guohua, deputy director of the United Front Work Department of the CPC Guangzhou Committee and party secretary of Guangzhou Federation of Industry and Commerce, pointed out in the summary that "cooperation" was mention for 41 times, "docking" 6 times and "chamber of commerce" 3 times in the Nansha Plan, so in which chambers of commerce are obliged to take the initiative to participate and play a good role. Chambers of commerce should play full role of bridge and link, by building a service-oriented Federation of Industry and Commerce, to vigorously promote the expansion of exchanges and cooperation among the business community of Hong Kong and Macao and private enterprises in Guangzhou. By increasing awareness and understanding, promoting understanding of policies, facilitating docking and cooperation, promoting synergistic innovation, expanding docking and collaboration, chambers of commerce should act together as witnesses, participants and helpers of the century-long transformation of the Greater Bay Area.

南沙区政协主席翁殊武在致欢迎辞中表示，当前，粤港澳大湾区加速融合发展，南沙开发开放进入战略机遇期。南沙将拓展与港澳合作的广度深度，加大政策支持力度，用心用情服务企业。希望两地商协会加强常态化沟通，实现资源共享、优势互补和互利共赢，推动商协会集聚南沙，把南沙新区打造成为“一带一路”建设资源的整合与输出的门户枢纽。

Weng Shuwu, chairman of CPPCC Guangzhou Municipal committee of Nansha District, said in his welcoming remarks, at present, along with the acceleration of integration and development of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macau Greater Bay Area, Nansha district has entered a period of strategic opportunities in its development and opening up. Nansha district will expand the breadth and depth of cooperation with Hong Kong and Macao by increasing policy support and serving enterprises with heart and emotions. Nansha district hopes to strengthen normal communications among business associations of the two places to realize resource sharing, complementary advantages and mutual benefit, to further promote business associations to gather in Nansha, and finally to build Nansha New District into a gateway hub for the integration and export of "the belt and road initiative" construction resources.

活动中，南沙区政数局介绍了港澳商协会代表处、企业注册流程。我会会长企业—福达企业集团、香港安老服务协会、香港物流商会、东凌控股集团、华安达实业、广州市品牌质量创新促进会、普华永道等商协会、企业分享了前期与南沙务实合作投资体会，双方代表逐一发言，分享各自发展情况和南沙之行体会，围绕如何紧密两地商协会合作提出了积极建议。还举行签约仪式，共同见证3组8家友好商协会代表签约合作。

During the event, Government Affairs Service Data Management Bureau of Nansha District introduced the representative office of Hong Kong and Macao Business Association, and showed the enterprise registration process. The attending Business associations and enterprises, including  FODAK GROUP (president enterprise of our chamber of commerce), Elderly Services Inc., HONG KONG LOGISTICS ASSOCIATION, DONLINK, Huaanda Industry ,Guangzhou Brand and Quality Innovation Association, Pricewaterhouse Coopers, shared the experience of pragmatic cooperation and investment with Nansha in the early stage. And representatives of all parties spoke one by one, they shared their respective development experiences and descripted their trip to Nansha, and they put forward some positive suggestions on how to close the cooperation between the business associations of the two places. At the same time, a signing ceremony was held to witness the signing and cooperation of representatives of eight friendly business associations of three groups.

本次活动由广东省工商联指导，广州市工商联、南沙区委统战部、开发区港澳办、南沙区工商联、穗港澳商会协作中心共同主办，主题为凝心聚力谋发展，踔厉奋发创未来，旨在加强交流合作，共同推动创新发展，促进粤港澳大湾区工商界深入合作，谋划高质量发展，推动《南沙方案》落地落实。与会代表表示，要加强合作交流，搭上南沙发展快车，投身大湾区建设，积极融入国家高质量发展大局。

It aims to strengthen exchanges and cooperation, to jointly promote innovation and development, and to promote in-depth cooperations among Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macau Greater Bay Area's industrial and commercial circles, plan high-quality development, finally achieving the implementation of the Nansha Plan. All participants said that they should strengthen cooperation and exchanges, catch the development express of Nansha, join in the construction of Greater Bay Area, and actively integrate into the overall situation of national high-quality development.
