全省高质量发展大会的召开，吹响了全省高质量发展的冲锋号。为响应省委省政府号召，2月9日下午，由广东省民营经济国际合作商会主办，广东广信君达律师事务所承办的“深化法律+数字化服务 护航企业高质量发展”宣讲交流会在广州广信君达律师事务所举行。活动由我会王福亮会长亲自安排部署，于婷代秘书长精心策划筹备，特邀会领导、律所负责人、会员企业和各行业企业家代表等40余人参加。

The charge of the province's high-quality development was soundly blown along with convening of the provincial high-quality development conference. In response to that call of the provincial party Committee and government, on the afternoon of February 9th, hosted by our chamber of commerce (Guangdong International Chamber of Commerce for the Private Sector, abbreviated as GICCPS), the preaching and communication session of "Deepening the High-quality Development in Legal-Digital Service & Escorting Enterprises" was successfully held at Guangzhou ETR Law Firm, undertaken by ETR Law Firm. This session was personally arranged and deployed by President Wang Fuliang of our chamber of commerce, carefully planned and prepared by Secretary General Yu Ting, and more than 40 people,  including leaders of GICCPS, heads of ETR Law Firms, member enterprises of GICCPS and representatives of entrepreneurs from various industries, were invited to attend it.

深圳市榕树数智股份有限公司董事长曹毅宏系统地介绍了多年来专注于电子信息行业研发、生产制造的历程，他表示，企业应当充分学习和运用当今最新的科技发明来迭代垫高自身企业的能力边界，将先进的数字化技术应用于改造传统的商业模式、营销模式、制造模式，去变革经营与管理。

Cao Yihong, Chairman of RI-IOT Data Intelligence INC., systematically introduced the history of R&D and manufacturing focusing on the electronic information industry for many years. He pointed that enterprises should fully learn and use today's latest technological inventions to iteratively pad the boundaries of enterprise capabilities, and to apply advanced digital technologies to traditional business models, marketing models and manufacturing models to transform operations and management.

广东广信君达律师事务所负责人王晓华主任向与会嘉宾介绍了广东广信君达律师事务所在传统领域及数字化领域的法律服务的优势和经验，展望了律所未来在“法律+数字化”方面的发展方向，坚定了律所护航企业高质量发展的决心。

Director  Wang Xiaohua, head of ETR Law Firm, introduced to the attending guests the advantages and experiences of ETR Law Firm in legal services in traditional and digital fields, he looked forward to the future direction of ETR Law Firm in "legal digitalization", and strengthened the determination of the ETR Law Firm to escort the high-quality development of enterprises.

广东广信君达律师事务所合伙人孙俊杰律师重点围绕股东的权利、法定代表人的谨慎任免和持股比例与公司控制权等方面讲解了民法典背景之下的公司法常见的热点知识，为现场企业家们解答了公司治理过程中遇到的法律风险问题。

Lawyer Sun Junjie, a partner of ETR Law Firm, explained the hot points of company law under the background of The Civil Code of the People's Republic of China, focusing on shareholders' rights, prudent appointment and dismissal of Legal representative, shareholding ratio and corporate control rights, he also answered to the attending entrepreneurs the legal risks encountered in the process of corporate governance.

于婷代秘书长围绕商会资源结构、平台优势向大家作了介绍。她提到，王福亮会长在广东省民营企业家共同推动高质量发展誓师大会上表示，新时代新征程，新的使命要求商会必须要有新作为和新担当。我会将认真贯彻落实全省高质量发展大会精神，充分发挥好桥梁纽带作用，搭建国内国际优质资源平台，做实做细做优会员服务工作，为企业的高质量发展保驾护航，为助力广东不断开创对外开放新格局贡献商会力量！

Yu Ting, acting secretary general of  GICCPS, introduced the resource structure and platform advantages of GICCPS. She mentioned that the new mission in a new era and a new journey, required the province's all business associations to have new actions in playing new roles, and that was stated specifically by President Wang Fuliang at the pledging conference of private entrepreneurs in Guangdong Province to jointly promote high-quality development. Our chamber of commerce will conscientiously implement the spirit of the provincial high-quality development conference by playing full roles of bridge and link, building a domestic and international high-quality resource platform, and providing practical, meticulous and excellent member services to escort the high-quality development of enterprises, and to contribute to helping Guangdong create a new pattern of opening up to the outside world!

我会团体会员—佛山市采购协会会长欧阳林峰就数字化转型升级和供应链采购降本增效作了分享发言，表示要加强商协会之间的交流合作，为会员争取更多的资源配置机会。

Ouyang Linfeng, a group member of our chamber of commerce, president of Foshan Procurement Association, made a sharing speech on digital transformation and upgrading, cost reduction and efficiency improvement of supply chain procurement, he noted that exchanges and cooperations should be strengthened  among business associations for more resource allocation opportunities of members.

我会会员—江门市新会区东甲粮仓陈皮健康产业有限公司董事长梁钦乐向与会嘉宾介绍了陈皮的产业发展，表示会员要紧跟商会步调，抢抓先机，走出传统产业发展的新路径。

Liang Qinle, chairman of Jiangmen Dried Tangerine Health Industry Co.,Ltd., introduced to the attendees the industrial development of tangerine peel, saying that members should keep up with the pace of our Chamber of Commerce, seize the opportunities and walk out a new path of traditional industrial development.
