9月9日，商会秘书长杨采熙拜访了智利驻广州总领事馆，受到智利驻广州总领事César Gamboa、副领事Octavio Cornejo的热情接待，双方就促进经贸合作进行了深入交流。

On September 9, Secretary-General Yang Caixi of the Chamber of Commerce visited the Consulate General of Chile in Guangzhou, where she was warmly received by Consul General César Gamboa and Vice Consul Octavio Cornejo. Both parties engaged in in-depth discussions on promoting economic and trade cooperation. 

总领事César Gamboa详细介绍了智利当地的投资环境、政策优势以及在矿业、水果种植业、渔业等行业潜在的合作机会，表示非常欢迎中国企业和商会会员赴智利考察投资，期待能够与中方企业家共同探索互利共赢的合作新路径。

Consul General César Gamboa provided a detailed introduction to Chile's local investment environment, policy advantages, and potential cooperation opportunities in the mining, fruit plantation, fishery and other industries. He expressed a strong welcome for Chinese enterprises and members of the Chamber to visit Chile for investment exploration, looking forward to working with Chinese entrepreneurs to explore new mutually beneficial cooperation pathways.

Secretary-General Yang Caixi introduced the membership structure, international positioning, and resource advantages of the Chamber, emphasizing the Chamber's active role in promoting international economic and trade cooperation. She expressed hope for continued communication and collaboration between both sides to build a broader platform for friendly exchanges between Chinese and Chilean enterprises.

Both sides had an in-depth discussion on how to strengthen cooperation in areas such as trade, investment, and cultural exchange, and expressed their intention to take this visit as an opportunity to actively explore the establishment of a regular communication mechanism, contributing jointly to the advancement of economic and trade cooperation and cultural exchange between China and Chile.
